Founded by a builder.

HEGUM was founded by Memo Martínez, a builder with a habit of seeing value where others didn't. When conventional wisdom said a set of lots couldn't work together, he combined them — and raised the value of the whole street. Home after home since, HEGUM has built and delivered for families and buyers who still live with those decisions every day.

Now we build in Houston. Same standard. Same rule: every decision, on purpose.
